Tomorrow starts today.

SCHUNK offered the second year in row the platform for an intensive,
worldwide exchange for the service robotics community. The topnotch two-day event in
mid-February 2009 brought together experts from around the world to present
research projects and trends, to intensify networking of the individual experts and
institutions and to identify demand-based and marketable service robotics applications.

The special topics in 2009 were:

• Advanced gripping skills
• Mobile manipulation
• Information, surveillance and inspection robots
• Rehabilitation, medical and lab robots

The next Expert Days at SCHUNK
will take place in February 2010.
